Galatians 3:26-27 (NLT)
26For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27And all who have been united with Christ in baptism have put on Christ, like putting on new clothes.
1 Timothy 4:12 (NIV)
12Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
You may think, “I’m too young to make a difference for God, He could never use me.” That is not true! God can use anyone of any age, young or old. For example, maybe your grandfather introduced you to Christ, or maybe your mother did, or maybe one of your own friends. God used them! That’s three generations of people that God may have used—and often does. Age doesn’t matter when it comes to God.
God also works through people who go on missions or do community service. There are so many ways, but absolutely no age limits. God sees us all as children of His, so please don’t think God can’t make a difference through you.
How had the Lord blessed you through people of all ages? If you want to make a difference for God, pray that He might present you with an opportunity and that you will have the courage to act on it.
